How Examora.ng works

From organisation sign-up to grading—a clear, step-by-step process designed for schools and exam bodies.

1. Organisation sign-up

Schools, universities, and exam bodies create an account. Add students, set up subjects and grades, and configure your institution settings.

2. Create exams

Teachers and admins create exams with multiple choice, short answer, or essay questions. Set time limits, start/end dates, and optional lockdown or monitoring settings.

3. Students take exams

Students receive a unique session link or token. Questions are read aloud via text-to-speech. Students respond verbally; the system transcribes and stores audio for verification.

4. Review and grade

Access transcripts and audio recordings from the teacher dashboard. Grade with full transparency. Export results and audit logs as needed.

Voice-first, accessibility built in

Every exam is designed for voice interaction. Students hear questions at adjustable speed. They respond by speaking—no typing, no scribe. Transcripts are generated in real time and stored for grading and audit. Audio recordings provide an additional layer of verification.

The result: exams that are independent, fair, and compliant with inclusive assessment standards.
